Xiaomi has expanded the range of its Redmi sub-brand with a new smartphone. However, the novelty, called Redmi Note 11R , turned out to be a renamed version of another sub-brand of this manufacturer.
The fact is that Redmi Note 11R is an updated version of POCO M4 5G, which in turn is a modified version of the Redmi Note 11E smartphone, available exclusively in China.
The smartphone is equipped with a 6.58-inch LCD display with IPS panel with Full HD + resolution and a refresh rate of 90 Hz. The novelty is based on the Dimensity 700 processor and is likely to be available in memory configurations such as: 4 GB RAM + 128 GB storage, 6 GB / 128 GB and 8 GB / 128 GB.
The Redmi Note 11R has a 5-megapixel selfie camera on the front. It was also equipped with a dual camera with a main 13-megapixel sensor. The secondary sensor has a resolution of 2 megapixels. The battery capacity of the smartphone is 5000 mAh. It supports 18W fast charging.
All of the above works under the control of the Android 12 operating system with the proprietary MIUI 13 shell. The fingerprint scanner of the smartphone is built into the power button.
Judging by the official teaser, the novelty will be available in three colors: black, gray and blue. All of them have a black camera module in the form of a wide horizontal strip, which also bears the Redmi logo.
