The new Honor V40 Light Luxury Edition is a more affordable version of the flagship Honor V40 introduced earlier this year . At the same time, the devices differ markedly from each other both externally and technical characteristics.
Honor V40 Light Luxury Edition received a 6.57-inch OLED display with a Full HD + resolution (2340 × 1080) curved on the sides and a hole in the center for the front camera. There is support for an increased refresh rate up to 90 Hz and the Always on Display function.
The “heart” of the device is an eight-core 5G-processor MediaTek Dimensity 800U, paired with 8 GB of RAM. For data storage, 128 or 256 GB of built-in storage is available. A 3800 mAh battery with support for 66 W fast charging is responsible for autonomy, which can fully replenish the charge in 35 minutes. The smartphone runs Android 10 with the proprietary Magic UI 4.0 shell.
The main camera consists of four modules with a resolution of 64, 8, 2 and 2 megapixels. There is support for different shooting modes, and video is recorded at a maximum resolution of 4K using electronic image stabilization. Front camera resolution is 32 megapixels.

Honor V40 Light Luxury Edition in the 8 + 128 GB version costs about $ 460, and the 8 + 256 GB version is priced at $ 506.
